- Onewaycabng directly own some of its fleets and also partner with some selected reliable drivers. In view of this, we strongly advise that All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking channels.
- Payment for services should be made in advance through the provided payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain unchanged.



Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including contact details, pickup/drop-off locations, and special requests.
- Treat our drivers and staff with respect and adhere to local laws and regulations.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle during the service due to customer negligence may result in additional charges.
- Do not at any point transact business directly with any of our drivers as they might request having your numbers or even give you their personal biz cards. Kindly report them immediately when you drop down from their car. This is for your safety.

Such drivers are the bad eggs who intend to tarnish the image of the company. This dastardly act has occurred in a few organizations, but we want the security and safety of our clients at all times. Kindly note that Onewaycabng will only be responsible for whatever transgression that occurs in the course of your ride when you book directly with us.

Accepting their individual offer MAY led to untoward events and this, the organization wants us to avoid, and we may not be able to help even in the case that If at any point you forgot any item in the car (e.g. phones and wallet etc.) you can call immediately the office in order to claim your possessions ASAP.


Service Limitations:
- Our services are subject to vehicle availability and local regulations. We cannot guarantee immediate availability during peak times or unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that may compromise the safety or well-being of our drivers or other customers.
